WHAT:                 Rho, a full-service contract research organization (CRO), will highlight its clinical trial expertise during the Drug Information Association (DIA) Annual Meeting, being held June 23-27 in San Francisco.

Rho experts will be in attendance, including Ryan Bailey; senior clinical researcher; who will present “Increasing Personal Resilience to Manage Change” on Tuesday, June 25. This interactive workshop will help identify how behaviors influence how to deal with and manage change. Attendees will learn to recognize key factors of resilience and how to implement approaches to increase personal resilience.

 

Additionally, Rho’s Marina Acosta Enslen, clinical team lead, will present "Setting the Stage for Effective Stakeholder Collaboration" on Wednesday, June 26. Along with speakers from a North Carolina playwrights' forum, Enslen will facilitate stage reading performances of clinical research scenarios. Attendees will be guided through empathy mapping exercises, providing powerful and practical tools for stakeholder management.
